Are you someone who suffers from low stomach acid and use apple cider vinegar to kick start your digestion? Well, how about a medicinal apple cider vinegar?

I soaked magnolia flowers in apple cider vinegar and plan to let it sit for at least 3 weeks shaking the jar daily.

I top it off to make sure the vinegar is covering the plant. Leaving it away from a sunny window. I put paper under the cap if it is metal so it doesn't corrode.

The vinegar will extract the medicine from Magnolia.

Magnolia is a beautiful aromatic plant beneficial for:

  • Abdominal Bloating and Soothing Intestines as it is Carminative

  • Calming for anxiety

  • Anti-cancerous

  • Anti-inflammatory

  • Great for Allergies

Magnolia is also great for gingivitis.

I plan to dry the petals and make into a powder which I will put on my toothpaste :)

I have been enjoying stripping the twigs of their outer bark and simmering them for 15 minutes and drinking. Such a pungent and cinnamon like flavored plant! Check out the other plant friends I am infusing in vinegar. These can also be added to salad dressings.

I have a wild rose hip vinegar and a red bud vinegar infusing. These will become darker as they sit!
